We began as a small Electrolysis office in the Southcenter area and have grown to include Permanent Makeup.  Presently, there are two additions Electrologists who share space in Personal Image Associates.  Barbara launched Enhanced Image Permanent Makeup in 1999 after training at the International Institute of Permanent Cosmetics in Irvine, CA. As of 2008, Barbara has been certified as an instructor with the Society of Permanent Cosmetic Professionals.  Along with the Electrolysis and the Permanent Makeup, we now offer our  clients Jane Iredale Mineral Makeup and Arbonne Pure Botanically based skin care products   and makeup.

Our unique services are provided in a private clinical setting which has placed us in position to reach out to a diverse community of clients. We are proud to say our services are available to and successful for anyone from the young to seniors from any culture, ethnic group or race.

We are pleased to welcome transgender clients and, of course, we are always glad to see the men in our clinic. Electrolysis is a very trustworthy and successful, permanent way to remove hair from just about any area of the body. Yes, gentlemen you can have "hair free" ears and backs!

Barbara Neumayer, MA, CPE, CPCP has been a practicing electrologist since 1992 and a practicing Permanent Makeup Artist since 1999. In 2008, she completed training with the SPCP and became one of a small handful of certified SPCP member trainers in the state of Washington. Building Personal Image Associates into a one of the busiest electrolysis clinics has been a labor of love.
